Amazing place with its great wi-fi, free parking, and helpful staff. I remember the staff assisting me with printing documents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a business trip.

The breakfast vibe was nice, especially the French toasts that were sweet enough to make anyone's morning! Plus, the free coffee in the lobby 24/7 was a win. Can't forget the convenient location near Subway and Arby's—perfect for the casual chomp after a long day.
But let’s dish, the bathroom lighting was a bit moody, and the shower temp was a touch tricky. The windows could use some more secure drapery for those needing privacy.

I stayed here for a weekend visit and found the location to be very convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The friendly staff was very helpful and assisted me with printing documents during my stay, which was a huge plus. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too, making my mornings more enjoyable.

The friendly staff and the clean, accessible rooms made my stay so enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to shops and dining options was a delightful surprise for someone like me who appreciates convenience!
An elevator would enhance accessibility for seniors.

The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. The shower was a bit annoying since the water didn't drain well, so I ended up standing in some water. It felt a little outdated, but decent enough for a night. Check-in was easy, but the front desk could’ve been quicker since I had to wait a bit while the clerk was on the phone.

definitely go back there again
I had a clean and cozy queen room with a sofa bed. The AC worked well and the flat-screen TV had cable. Breakfast had tasty waffles, eggs, and sausage. Nice location near Walmart and Ruby Tuesday’s. WiFi was fast and I enjoyed the peace of the quiet second floor, although the stairs were a bit tricky with my luggage.

We stayed here with our cousin and loved the cozy atmosphere. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable after a fun day at Thousand Hills State Park—a beautiful spot for hiking and enjoying nature. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth.
In my kids' opinion, the pool could have been larger to accommodate more families, especially during peak hours.

missingWrote a review on 20 Julcontinental breakfastgood customer service
It was an ideal choice for a passing visit in Kirksville with good price-quality ratio. The continental breakfast was pretty decent, offering coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. Be sure to ask for a first-floor room if stairs are an issue.

Arriving for a family trip, the room was spacious and had a microwave and fridge, which was convenient. The breakfast featured make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit, exceeding expectations. However, the initial room was musty, and the staff was unhelpful when requesting a room change, leading to a frustrating experience. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness was a concern.
